How Can We Help

You can access personal care service in your own home by contacting our office directly on 0116 254 9174 and speak to our care team who are always willing to help.

One of our care managers will arrange a visit to your home to carry out a risk assessment and an assessment of care needs. We treat people with respect and as individuals, so our assessments and care services are person centered. We would be happy to visit you to discuss your personal needs.

We believe that ‘Home Is Best’ and we, therefore, provide a service that makes you enjoy life in the comfort of your own home.

OUR SERVICES

Personalisation means putting the person who is using our service at the centre of everything we do. Person-centred care starts with the identity of the individual. It focuses on their personal history and strengths, their hopes and ambitions. It means we respect their past, support their present, and help them plan for their future.

This is what we aim to incorporate at Victory Care Limited by offering domiciliary care to people who are 18 years and above who, by reason of, illness, disability or of old age are unable to provide personal care for themselves.
