Staff Qualifications & Experience

Victory Care Limited has a recruitment and selection policy and process, which considers the Health and Social Care Act (2008), Regulations Act (2014), the Equality Act (2010) and all current legislation aimed at ensuring that we deliver quality care to service users.

The organisation has a transparent and fair recruitment and selection process that uses value-based interviews and approaches to identify the personal attributes and attitudes essential for a caring and compassionate workforce and ensures workers have the necessary language, literacy, and numeracy skills to fully carry out their job roles and responsibilities. This policy covers recruitment, advertising, and interviewing. It establishes s the required competencies and qualifications of each new support worker.

The Organisation retains a complete record of all qualifications, credentials and experience gained for each staff member, whether full-time or part-time. These records may be found in the Staff Files retained at the Organisation’s offices and have limited access for reasons of confidentiality and security.

All staff go through a mandatory Care Certificate Induction programme which covers:

  15. Infection prevention and control
