About Us

Victory Care Limited was founded in 2006 and has put in place the systems and processes that are necessary to protect service users, their families, staff and all relevant stakeholders. The management ensures that the company objectives are delivered within the regulatory framework and the controls that are in place to ensure it discharges its statutory responsibilities. Our company has a legal obligation and is accountable for continually improving the quality of its services, safeguarding and exceeding high standards and creating an environment in which excellence in care flourishes.

To maintain service provision and ensure the safety of service users   and staff, the organisation subscribes to three key attributes of good governance, and these are:

  • Recognisably high standards of care
  • Transparent responsibility and accountability for those standards
  • An ethos of continuous improvement

The directors are qualified Registered General nurses, and they work alongside a qualified and highly experienced social worker with vast experience in working with children. Victory Care works hard to achieve the maximum level of health, independence, self-esteem, self-confidence, and family involvement for all our clients.

At Victory Care, we know the importance of trust between our staff and the people we support. That is why we select the kindest, most supportive people to train to be part of our team. We believe in providing a caring, personal, and efficient service to individuals and families that we support. Our tailor-made services meet personal, cultural, and religious needs of individuals that we support. We involve our service users to come up with their individual person-centred support plan. We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

A number of principles of good care have been highlighted in the last few years by policy and research, regulation and guidance. They include respect and ordinary courtesy; compassion and kindness; responsive care and treatment; openness and honesty when something goes wrong. The principles should underpin practice to ensure the kind of treatment which we would all want for our families and ourselves.

The Care Act 2014 set the terms for the development of social care for the foreseeable future. It brings together and amends legislation and guidance which has developed over years, and places it all in one framework, underpinned by the principle of individual wellbeing.

The Act puts personalisation on a legal footing for the first time. It defines rights to choice, personalised care plans and personal budgets. It also requires local authorities to ensure that a range of high-quality services are available in their area. The principles of personalised care are now central to social care law and policy.

We aim to comply with and exceed all regulatory and statutory requirements and standards, which are achieved through the core objectives identified by the company as follows:

  • To provide specialist multidisciplinary holistic assessment and management of services users’ needs and risks with comprehensive care planning, key working and specific interventions suited to individual needs, diversity and risks.
  • To deliver the highest standard of care and an absolute satisfaction to all our service users. The welfare of our staff and our service users   is of paramount consideration and our entire team is committed to meeting this objective.
  • To develop a community where anyone needing any type of our services or support will feel safe and confident in the services we provide and above all, express their satisfaction about the overall services received. All our staffs share this belief and are supported to ensure that our mission is reflected in every aspect of the services we provide
  • To work autonomously and collaboratively to promote, improve, maintain and restore the health of our service users. We aim to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of service users   and to enable the service users   to maintain their personal independence, have informed choices and opportunity to enjoy and contribute to society.
  • To ensure right staff skill mixes are available to service users’ needs by investing in staff development to provide a progressive and expert workforce. To value each of our staff equally for their expertise and experience they bring to the team and to provide our staff with a working environment within which effective teamwork, where appropriate, and personal and group development are actively encouraged and supported.

The management is committed to the continual mentored training and development of staff in line with the organisation’s overall aim of improving quality service and efficiency.
